Longtime voice of Batman Kevin Conroy has gone the way of his parents aged 66. Previously a bit-part actor on 80s TV, he struck gold when selected to play the Caped Crusader in Batman: The Animated Series. The film noir-inspired cartoon is considered by many to be the best portrayal of the Caped Crusader, and the strength of the show assured Conroy would reprise Batman in various cartoons and video games for the rest of his days.
