English footballer Tony Collins has died aged 94. The London born player served in Italy during World War Two, before playing for Watford and Norwich City among others. He became Rochdale manager in 1960, becoming the first black manager in the English football league. He took them to their only major cup final (1962 League Cup final), and kept the small club competitive in the league.
