Carl Piddington

Back in 2012, a fair stack of DDP teams scored with soap opera legend Bill Tarmey. Tarmey’s son, Carl Piddington, had gone on record as saying that his own lengthy battle with a brain tumour was one of the main reason Bill’s health declined so rapidly in his final years. And now Piddington himself has joined that elite group of father/son DDP alumni, seven years after his old man. One of the two teams to score with him is The Good, The Bad and Cliff Richard, who also cashed in on his father back in 2012. I think this is the first time a team has had successful DDP hits with a father-son combo, but I’m probably wrong.
