WHATEVER HAPPENED TO BRIGIT FORSYTH?
Actress Brigit Forsyth has died aged 83. A veteran of stage and drama, she was best known for the sitcom roles of prim-and-proper Thelma in Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads? and grumpy Madge in Still Open All Hours. She was also a capable cellist and a trained martial artist who could bend steel bars. Though she didn’t seem a likely lass to die this year she was still a unique for Pointless theme team Well Done If You Got These at Home.
