MANCHESTER BLACKEYE
Former MP Ken Eastham has died aged 96. The Labour man represented Manchester Blackley and his time in parliament bookended Labourβs dry spell of opposition β he first won as Thatcher was swept in and retired at the Blair comeback. He was unique for No More Expenses.
