Bleicher, Hugo
Born 9 August 1899  (Tettnang, Germany)
A businessman who was recruited by the Nazis during World War II because of his knowledge of many languages. He worked against the Resistance in German-occupied France and was responsible for the arrest of many of its prominent members. At the end of the war, he himself was arrested and imprisoned by the Allies. According to Wikipedia, he died in July 2002, but we can't find any other evidence to back this up.
