LOST IN THE MAZE
Colette Maze began her recording career in her 90s, releasing albums until shortly before her death aged 109. Lest you fear this is a Captain Tom-style cacophony of horror, worry not, she was a pianist not a “singer”. A student of Alfred Cortot, she specialized in the works of Debussy and accrued a large social media following past her centenary. She was unique for Gray Panthers.
