A LITTLE OBIT

Denver Broncos legend Floyd Little has died aged 78 after a battle with cancer. “The Franchise” played eight seasons with the Broncos, reaching the Pro Bowl 5 times. He was a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. News of his health issues were widespread, leading to a place on this years Drop 40, and a whole host of nefarious regulars scoring – Poochie, David Quantick’s Sobiz Pals, Thomas Jefferson Survives and current champs The Love Boat for example. Little’s last gift was hanging on until January 1st to avoid giving Grim a nervous breakdown. His death also pushed The Living End and Prophet’s Prophecy into the lead on the DDP.

Former founder of the Real IRA, Michael McKevitt, has also died. He formed the splinter group in protest to the Good Friday Agreement, and was widely believed to be one of the masterminds of the Omagh bombing which killed 29 people in 1998. He died of cancer and was a pick for several teams including The Sick Bed of Cuchulainn (who does not read The Sunday Mail, we would like to correct), and Carkers Convention.
